If you are looking for a jammy, high-alcohol fruit bomb wine, you will need to skip this Zinfandel. This is an elegant wine from the El Dorado foothills. We added Petite Sirah for complexity, depth, and structure. This isn’t a wine that wants to wait for a special occasion – it wants out of the bottle now… And be quick about it.

Our full-bodied Sangiovese is complimented by a dash of Cabernet Sauvignon. Rocket says, “This wine resonates with intense cherry flavors. The dash and splash additions puts depth in the finish.” Dave chimes in, “It is so easy on the tongue you’ll go through cases of it!”

We have been incredibly fortunate to have Bob Gibson allocate us the same block of grapes from Gibson Ranch in Hopland for many years. Elegant and supple, this wine has the ability to go with many dishes including pasta, chicken, and fish. It is also bold enough to standalone. A real crowd pleaser, be sure to get several bottles as they will go quickly.
